North's first day at school went really well. But at one point the teacher put something on his head, and minutes later asked him to push his chair to another area, and he started crying and saying "bye bye" as he actually headed for the door.

North's first painting ever

North is so excited to be going to the Children's Museum.

This at 1:30PM, 45 minutes after I left him in his bed for an afternoon nap. Up till today, he would play in his room for a few minutes, but be in bed asleep in less than 20 minutes. This time he piled so much stuff on his bed he couldn't sleep if he wanted to.

A little context: We just started leaving the gate off North's bed a week ago, so he gets to choose when he gets out of bed, and after his naps he usually stays in his room and comes up with his own stuff to do, till its so late I have to rustle him out of his room.

This was North's first time on a real hiking trail. He ripped down the trail at an adult walking pace, walking the full length of the trail going there and back. It was nice for me to see my old school grounds for the first time since 2003.
